Through diligent recordkeeping service, we can ensure that account balances are correctly reported, eliminate unnecessary work by your staff, limit fiduciary risk, and protect the favorable tax status of your plan. We will also monitor your plan with semi-annual pre-test to ensure your plan is in full compliance at all times.
Health/Benefit Plan services include consulting and plan implementation, enrollment and plan education materials, participant assistance through 24/7 access by employees, and annual plan compliance. Compliance is critical to maintaining the favorable tax status of your plan. Our services include reconciliation of employee accounts, and compliance with other discrimination testing requirements.
