Perhaps the most defining characteristic of the
people of Apple Growth Partners, and a major point of differentiation
in the marketplace, is our commitment to a set of shared values. Our Shared Values are the essential and enduring tenets of our firm and our
employees, and shape our behaviors and performance.
While these values set us apart from the
competition, we don't hold them to gain a competitive advantage. We

employees, our clients, and business associates. Our Shared Values are:

Beginning in 2007, the firm presented the Annual Shared Values Award
at its retreat. Any employee can nominate any other employee for the
award by describing how that person fully embodies the five values. The
winner receives a recognition statue for their office and a cash award.
Every winner is recognized on perpetual plaques displayed in the
lobbies of all of our locations.
Because we take so seriously
the commitment to our values, this award is truly the highest
recognition anyone can achieve at Apple Growth Partners.

Sadly, David Myers, first winner of the Annual
Shared Values Award, lost a courageous battle with cancer in December
2007. In recognition of Dave being the first recipient of the award,
and given his exemplary adherence to our values through a very trying
time, the firm renamed the award The David Myers Shared Values Award in
2008.
