Mentors and Individual Development Plans. Every employee has a mentor and a plan that documents their goals, ambitions, and the tools they need to realize them. Mentors and employees meet quarterly to gauge progress and keep everyone on track to achievement. Mentors are carefully assigned a

Program for Advancement, Training and Holistic Growth - PATH. Apple Growth Partners has defined career paths for all professional staff with PATH - and education continuum that increases their technical skills and prepares them for leadership roles in their career. Specific skills and competencies are defined for each staff level, and attaining those affords promotion opportunities. Every staff member knows what they need to do to get to the next level.
