Akron, Oh – Moore Stephens Apple added three professional staff to its service teams this quarter.

Glenn Ball, CPA, ABV, CVA, joined the Business Valuation and Litigation Consulting practice. In addition to business valuation experience, he has also provided tax and accounting services to clients in diverse industries with a focus on real estate and manufacturing organizations. Prior to joining MSA, Glenn completed a Master’s degree in International Management and was a professor of Accounting and Finance at the Centre D’Etudes Franco-American de Management in Lyon, France. He is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Michelle Drago, CPA, MTax, JD, joined the Tax Compliance, Research and Planning team. She has extensive experience providing tax advisory services to closely held companies. Michelle is an alumnus of Bethany College and The University of Akron, and is a member of the Akron Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, American Bar Assocation, Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Locally, Michele is a board member of Young Professionals of Akron and presents regularly for the Akron Tax Club and Beta Alpha Psi at The University of Akron.

Katherine Lipinski, CPA, MTax, joined the Tax Compliance, Research and Planning team of MSA in the firms Westlake office. She is an alumus of San Diego State University a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
