Beginning in 2007, the firm presented the Annual Shared Values Award at its retreat. Any employee can nominate any other employee for the award by describing how that person fully embodies the five values. The winner receives a recognition statue for their office and a cash award. Every winner is recognized on perpetual plaques displayed in the lobbies of all of our locations.
