Jason is a principal and a member of our business valuation and litigation consulting department with ten years of experience in the field. As an Accredited Valuation Analyst, Jason has been responsible for the development of hundreds of business valuation engagements for interests in closely- held companies covering a variety of industries. He has performed valuations and other financial analyses for a number of purposes including domestic relations and litigation support, economic damages, bankruptcy, estate and gift taxes, Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs), feasibility studies, and mergers and acquisitions. Engagements performed include business valuations for various industrial manufacturing and distribution firms, medical practices, service firms, real estate development, family limited partnerships, restaurants, insurance agencies, automobile dealerships, and steel processors among others.

Jason also has a strong background performing financial analysis and providing expert testimony for litigation support services including business valuations of closely-held companies, premarital and separate property asset tracing, computing economic damages and individual income analysis.
