Randy A. Misch , CPA
Principal
Randy serves as principal of our accounting and assurance group. He is experienced in providing financial statement reporting and audit, and regulatory compliance services based on Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) to both public and private companies, with a focus on organizations in manufacturing, distribution, real estate and professional service industries. His specific engagements have included mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and financing arrangements.
