Apple Growth Partners announced Jason Bogniard, MBA, ASA, AVA, has been named a shareholder principal. Bogniard joined the firm in 2005, becoming a principal in 2008. He is a member of the firm’s litigation and business valuation teams and also has experience providing ESOP valuation, feasibility and advisory services. “We’re very pleased to have Jason as a shareholder principal. Bogniard earned his Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance, from Ohio University and his Master’s in Business Administration from the Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management. He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser and an Accredited Valuation Analyst, a member of the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland and a Greater Akron Chamber 30 For the Future Award recipient.
