Eric Flickinger, CPA/ABV, is a Senior Manager in the Business Valuation department. He specializes in business valuations for employee stock ownership plans, estate and gift tax matters, buy/sell agreements, stock incentive plans and internal shareholder transactions. He is an active member of the ESOP Association, National Center for Employee Ownership, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, and Ohio Employee Ownership Center. Eric attends various employee ownership and valuation conferences and actively speaks on valuation issues.
