Apple Growth Partners is proud to introduce AGP Anywhere. AGP Anywhere empowers our employees to choose where they work best – remotely, in one of our offices, or a hybrid of both remote and in-office work. We believe our employees are successful where they choose to work best, especially after adapting during the pandemic to a remote environment in March of 2020.

    • Flexible hours – employees can work from 9:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M., even during busy season
    • AGP Anywhere – Choose Where You Work – We support our employees’ need to work remotely, with up-to-date communication tools (Microsoft Teams) and all employees have a laptop, so they can securely take their work with them wherever they choose to work, whether remotely, in one of our offices, or a hybrid of both
    • Free meals during busy season through GrubHub (delivered wherever you work)
    • Two paid days for volunteering
    • Parental leave – up to 10 weeks paid parental leave for the birth, adoption, or fostering of a child
    • Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO) for manager titles and above
