Randy Misch, CPA, is a Principal in the Audit department. He specializes in Audit & Assurance and is located in the Beachwood office. Randy leads AGP’s audit and assurance department, serves as Managing Director of the Cleveland office and is a principal in the firm. He has more than 20 years of experience in providing financial statement reporting and audit and regulatory compliance services based on Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) to both public and private companies. Since joining the firm in 2004 from a larger international firm, Randy’s focus has been on organizations in manufacturing, distribution, real estate and professional services industries. His specific engagements have included mergers and acquisitions (Quality of Earnings), initial public offerings and financing arrangements. Randy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration/Accounting from Ohio University and serves on the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. Randy has been involved in several civic organizations, including The Rotary Club of Solon, Ohio University School of Accountancy, The Covenant Inc., Cleveland Civic Leadership Institute, United Way, and Young Professionals of Akron.
