Robert Engler, CPA, CGMA, is a Senior Manager in the Tax department and a leader of the firm's dealership group. Robert is a manager in the tax department and a leader of the firm’s dealership group. Robert specializes in tax planning, advisory services, and accounting & assurance for privately-held businesses, including auto dealerships, manufacturers and distributors, and construction and real estate companies. With more than 20 years of experience as an accountant, Robert has helped countless companies across Northeastern Ohio expand, sell, or grow, along with staying knowledgeable on innovative ideas for business owners and the impacts of the recent tax reform changes. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Akron and is a veteran of the U.S. Army. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Ohio Society of CPA’s, and the Akron Tax Club. He is the past treasurer and board member for the Subcontractors Association of Northeast Ohio. Robert is located in the Akron office.
