By making payment through our online payment page, you agree that the services provided as described on the invoice you are paying are acceptable to you. Unless prohibited by law, if you make a payment to the merchant by credit or debit card, you agree not to cancel, revoke, charge back or dispute the charge on your credit or debit card for the payment. If you do so, you authorize us to disclose to the credit or debit card processor such information about the services we provided to you as we determine to be necessary to address the cancellation, revocation, chargeback or dispute. If it is later determined that the charge was properly authorized, you agree to pay all out-of-pocket fees and costs incurred by the firm as a result of the improper cancellation, revocation, chargeback or dispute. All sales final.
UPDATED NOVEMBER 2, 2020
For the health and safety of our employees, clients, collaborators, and vendors, our offices have transitioned to a fully remote workforce as recommended by Governor DeWine. All meetings will take place virtually, as our team members are accessible via phone, email, and video conference.
For clients with previously scheduled on-site meetings, our staff will be contacting you to discuss safety protocols in place.
Clients needing to deliver paperwork to our offices can do so safely with drop boxes located at our Akron, Cleveland, and Kent offices.
We will continue to update our clients and community members as our policies change. Thank you for adhering to these guidelines as we focus on keeping our employees and visitors healthy.
