All Providers – HHS Releases Timeline for Provider Relief Fund Reporting
HHS will issue the detailed instructions on reporting obligations by August 17, 2020 but in the interim is making all practices aware of the Post-Payment Reporting Requirements. Your practice is subject to these requirements if it received more than $10,000, in aggregate, from the following CARES Act/Provider Relief Fund distributions:
- General Distributions
- Additional Medicare Distribution
- Medicaid, Dental, and CHIP Distributions
- High Impact Area Distribution
- Rural Distribution
- SNF Distribution
- Indian Health Service Distribution
- Safety Net Hospital Distribution
You will be able to begin uploading the requirement documentation into the reporting system and completing the necessary forms on October 1, 2020.
